We do not accept returns or exchanges once an item is sold or dispatched, as these are customized products made to order.

Damage Claims & Unedited Video Requirement:

For any damage issues, please record an unedited video of the parcel opening at the time of receipt and inform us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 79075 89411 / +91 79075 99411. Only then will we accept returns and proceed with further procedures.

7-Day Reporting Window & NRI Orders:

Please report any damages or defects in the items you received to us within 7 days of receipt. We will not be able to address any concerns beyond this period, as it allows us to process any claims efficiently and resolve issues promptly. If someone else is collecting the orders on behalf of our NRI customers, it is their responsibility to check for damages and report to us within 7 days. This ensures that any discrepancies are addressed within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that NO complaints will be entertained after this period.
