1. Custom Made-to-Order Manufacturing

All items produced by Oyshee Designers are customized and made to order according to specified customer parameters. Because each garment is tailored specifically upon order placement, orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an item is sold or dispatched, as these are customized products made to order. For transit damage claims, an unedited parcel opening video recorded at the time of delivery must be provided within 7 days of receipt via WhatsApp (+91 79075 89411 / +91 79075 99411).

3. Color Variations

Colors are based on the Neelam chart. Subtle variations in fabric color or embellishment shine may occur due to studio photography lighting, camera lenses, and screen displays.

4. Care & Maintenance Instructions

• Dry Clean Only: Fabric dresses and designer outfits are strictly dry clean only.
• Water Sensitivity: Keep fabrics completely away from water and moisture to avoid staining, shrinking, or texture loss.
• Ironing Guidelines: Steam iron only on low heat; avoid direct contact with hot irons on designer fabrics.
